Terms and Conditions

Please read this document carefully.

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") apply between you and lePRIDE.com ("lePRIDE", “we”, “us”, "our" ), to your use of our website and any purchases you make through our online shopping system.

1. Warranty of Merchantability

All our goods are in excellent condition for sale and are inspected prior to shipment.

2. Price

All our prices are nett and priced in Singapore dollars.

3. Delivery Services

We send our items through local mail provider, Singapore Post. Should you need other mode of delivery, please indicate under comments upon confirmation of orders.

4. Delivery Charges

4a. Local Delivery Charge

For all shipping charges, we fixed at a rate according to the total weight of items.

Registered article number and month/year of posting will be sent via email to customer after item has been sent. You may check the status of your mail at SingPost.

Items will be post out the every next day upon confirmation. Delivery time frame is estimated only. All postal mailing will be from SingPost, delivery schedule is under SingPost commitment and not Lepride. As such, lepride will not be responsible for late deliveries as a result of SingPost schedule.

We will not be responsible for the loss of goods in transit due to SingPost errors. We strongly encourage customers to register their orders for assurance. We will take utmost care to pack your goods in proper protective plastic bags, bubble wraps and paddings (if needed) to ensure your order reach you in the best possible conditions. We apologize we are not able to deliver to addresses with P.O. Box numbers.

5. Confirmation of Order

We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer upon successful submission of the electronic order. This order confirmation notice shall be within the same business working day or next working day for orders received after 6.00 PM Singapore time. The order confirmation email will include payment instructions for you to complete the payment. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

6. Payment Methods

We accept Local Bank Fund Transfers and PayPal payments. For Bank Transfer (via ATM or Internet Banking), we will need you to inform us that your transfer has taken place. Please include an underwriting of the Order ID, your email, full name, contact number and most importantly, your address in your correspondence and bank transaction id to help us expedite your shipping.

To use PayPal, please visit PayPal website for details and signing up your FREE PayPal account. PayPal has over 45 millions member accounts and it is known for their safe and easy-to-use payment scheme for online transactions globally. Security measures provided by PayPal is one of the most highly-regarded standard achieved in terms of global usage and one that makes global e-commerce easy to use.

8. Cancellation of Orders

We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame. We will accept order cancellations only for genuine and valid reasons.

9. Exchange & Refunds
Goods once sold, will not be accepted for return or refund. All items are checked for defects and carefully wrapped to prevent damages in the mail process before delivery. However, if item(s) were to arrive in bad condition (e.g. smashed, broken pieces), we’ll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

For exchanges, we reserve the rights to do an exchange only for genuine product defects spotted at the time of receipt of items. Customers must contact us within 3 working days from date of receipt of goods for exchanges. Otherwise, all our goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable Please include an underwriting of the Order ID, your email, full name, contact number and most importantly, your address in your correspondence.

We will not be responsible for any exchanges, refunds or repairs due to goods wear and tear incurred during their course of daily usage, or goods lost in transit while shipping and damages arising from shipping.

10. Product Descriptions
lePRIDE and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, lePRIDE does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

11. Indemnity

Parts are made from a variety of metal, glass, crystal, plastic, ceramic and resin components. lePRIDE shall not be responsible if you have an allergic reaction to any of the components. You agree not to hold lePRIDE.com responsible for any losses and damages incurred as a result of using our services and/or product sold by us.

12. Colours and sizes

lePRIDE have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown in our website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your computer monitor, we do not guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.

lePRIDE have also done our best to display and provide the measurements and size of clothes as provided by our suppliers. We cannot guarantee that the measurements provided will suit your size.

13. No Reply From Customer

If you decide to pay via Local Bank Fund Transfer, you must pay us the exact amount due within 3 days. In the event if we do not hear from you within 3 days after the receipt of an order, we may close the order in our shopping system.

14. General

lePRIDE reserves the right to:

- Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, lePRIDE.com website and online store (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you; lePRIDE shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or withdrawal; and/or

- Change this T&C from time to time, and your continued use of lePRIDE.com website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the T&C have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the T&C then you must immediately stop using lePRIDE.com website.

- If lePRIDE should change these T&C, your order will be subjected to the T&C at the Date and time of you placing your order. You may contact us to provide the applicable T&C using the contact form here.
